As well as growing succulents we also grow delicious herbs which we dry on the farm. The sage, bay leaves, rosemary and thyme are grown just metres away from the Atlantic ocean and are dried as soon as they are picked. Srinkle into butter or oil and rub into meat or sprinkle onto vegetables in the latter stages of cooking. Perfect for a roast dinner.
